Jay Duffy, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Frame Wealth Partners, stands at the forefront of financial planning with a steadfast belief that “Hard work pays off.” Born and raised in Maryland, educated at Mount St. Mary’s College, and armed with a CFP® certification, Jay has a decade-spanning career marked by prestigious recognitions such as the Prudential President’s Conference honoree from 2017-2022 and the Regional Director of the Year in 2019.

At home, Jay is a devoted husband to wife and best friend Megan and a doting father to three lively children, son James and daughters Hayden and Collins who all find joy in family trips to the beach and annual adventures to Disneyworld. His philosophy of hard work extends into his personal life, where he enjoys golf and prioritizes health and fitness. A memorable moment in his career involved safeguarding a client’s family and business, a testament to the importance of his role as a protector of financial well-being.
