Justin’s life has been shaped by profound moments of challenge and growth, most notably during his high school baseball career. In the spring of 2019, an intense collision at home plate resulted in a compound leg fracture, leading to emergency surgery and a lengthy recovery. This life-altering event, followed by the unexpected cancellation of his final baseball season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, profoundly impacted Justin’s outlook.
From these experiences, he learned a powerful lesson: while life’s plans may shift in an instant, it’s how you respond that truly defines success. Justin’s journey taught him the importance of resilience, adaptability, and focusing on what can be controlled. These values continue to guide him both personally and professionally, forming the foundation of his disciplined and intentional approach to life and work
